SURFCOM NEX 031

The SURFCOM NEX 031 is a combined contour and roughness measuring machine with two sensors and a high straightness accuracy in the X axis, enabling it to perform diverse measuring jobs precisely and effectively. Manually changing the high-resolution surface sensor or the precise contact sensor ensures that all current parameters are captured.

The SURCOME NEX 031 features a modular design and is available with three different column heights. The linear drive of the SURFCOM NEX 031 works significantly more quickly and precisely than a traditional linear drive and does not produce any vibrations. The SURFCOM NEX 031 measuring table is available in different two sizes and is made of extremely stable granite. The SURFCOM NEX 031 can also be subsequently upgraded at any time. CNC axes, a 3D topography packet and an optical white light sensor can be added quickly and easily on-site.

The SURFCOM NEX 031 contour and roughness measuring station allows you to measure the minuscule radii, bevels, angles cut-ins and length tolerances. Manually configuring the appropriate sensor ensures the precise capture of all current surface and contour parameters. The entire traversing length of 100 mm or 200 mm is available.
