    High-performance optics

    An elaborate lens construction with special glass gives a brilliant and razor-sharp image, even at 20x magnification. The high light transmission is guaranteed by low light Porro prisms and the elaborate Carl Zeiss T* coating. This enables you to make out details through to the very last of the light.


    Image stabilisation

    The purely mechanical image stabilisation system with its gimbal-mounted spring joint and magnetic damping action works immediately at the touch of a button, noiselessly and without battery power.     Robust mechanics

    • The 20x60 T* S has an unusually high twilight factor. Does that mean that it is particularly suitable for use in twilight?

      The 20x60 T* S does have a large lens diameter, however its suitability for use in twilight is limited due to the high magnification. A Victory 8x56 T* FL, for example, would be better suited for use in twilight conditions.

      By the way: The twilight factor alone is not an indication of the suitability for use in twilight conditions. A large eye relief and of course - in addition to the purely numerical sizes - the actual performance of binoculars, in terms of image sharpness, transmission and contrast reproduction is more important.
