Unmatched Scanning Technology

ZEISS SPECTRUM includes various tactile sensors including ZEISS VAST XXT and XDT. The scanning function of ZEISS VAST XXT is focused on efficiency and more reliable measurements: Informative, higher quality data is quickly detected about the measured part. It delivers higher reliability and repeatability due to elimination of measurement errors through single point measurement.With ZEISS SPECTRUM plus in combination with ZEISS VAST XT gold - you are able to entering the world of active scanning. ZEISS VAST XT gold provides the foundation for the active scanning technology. The sensor features an additional measuring system. Besides the active scanning, this sensor also allows single-point measurements: the sensor enables the flexible use of complex stylus systems.

Unmatched cost effectiveness

Unique in its class: RDS C5 with Computed Aided Accuracy (CAA) allows an interpolation of positioning qualification with around 5,184 possible angles. It enables more positions for probe head rotation, reduces qualification time and increases operation time dramatically. The system comes with CAA functionality and will shorten qualification time up to 12 time faster than usual: approx. 12 min for full qualification and 5 min for re-qualification. ZEISS SPECTRUM plus with ZEISS RDS C including CAA allows a qualified system of all 20,736 possible angles.
The combination of ZEISS VAST XXT and ZEISS RDS CAA increases the flexibility and reduces operation time of measurements enormously. It also enables a wide range of measurement tasks for even more complex parts.

A specific designed backpack controller allows for a smaller footprint. In addition to a passive damping system and shift protection the ZEISS SPECTRUM Family contains outstanding hardware, optimal for reliable measurement results.
